A single serve cinnamon roll bigger than your head and filled with all the best flavor! This SINGLE SERVE VANILLA CREME CINNAMON ROLL is what weekend breakfast dreams are made of! But, don’t get me wrong, it’s easy enough to make on a weekday morning, and is totally acceptable to have for dessert too! Basically, eat this any time and Dany day, and you’ll be a happy camper!

What will make you even happier is how simple and easy the ingredient list is! I’m all for easy recipes with easy clean up – and this one hits the mark! This cinnamon roll only requires 7 ingredients, and there’s no guessing when it comes to what type of flour to use, because we make it simple by using box pancake mix! This recipe can be made gluten and dairy free depending on what pancake mix you use – that is up to you!
To add the touch of vanilla flavor in this roll, I sued a vanilla flavored plant based milk (Mooala Keto Mylk), but if you don’t have that, you can use normal nut milk and add just a couple drops of vanilla extract! Be sure not to add too much, or it will make the dough too wet!
So, who’s ready to roll with me?? (too cheesy??)
