This oat bake is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free and completely vegan! Not to mention it only takes about 20 minutes to make and requires only 7 ingredients that I guarantee you have on hand in your pantry!

The perfect start to any holiday morning, to keep you fueled and make your soul happy with all the Christmas vibes! To top it off, add some more molasses, or you could drizzle with maple syrup, almond butter or top with yogurt for little added protein! Happy Holidays!

Gingerbread Oat Bake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1/2 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tbsp brown “sugar”
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients and use a blend to mix together.
- Pour batter into an oiled oven safe bowl or mug.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove, top with more molasses (if you want) and enjoy!
