Single serve desserts and snacks will ALWAYS have my heart! So naturally, this SINGLE SERVE TAHINI CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN will be part of the treats that I love.
This muffin has some of my favorite ingredients – tahini and chocolate – and the recipe make just enough for one muffin so I don’t have to share! Does it get any better? Am I the only one who is that selfish with my desserts?

This muffin is sweet, for the most part, but the tahini adds the smallest salty note that truly balances out the muffin. This recipe is also completely gluten and dairy free, sugar free if you use the monk fruit sweetener like I did, and is made using only 7 simple ingredients.
The recipe is paleo friendly, although I do not abide by a particular diet. If this is something you follow, have no fear, I’ve got the easiest and tastiest treat for you to make for your nightly dessert!
If you don’t have monk fruit sweetener, any other granulated sweetener should work (such as coconut sugar or cane sugar). I believe that you could also sub the tahini with any other form of nut butter, but you will certainly lose that signature salty sweet combo and the dimension that the tahini flavor brings.
If you want to use all of the ingredients I used, they are all linked below, and can be found on my Amazon shop page!

Next time you’re in a pinch for dessert, but only want to make enough for one, look no further than this recipe. I guarantee, whoever you are with, will be begging you to make one for them too once they see and smell just how good this muffin is!
