
I’m all about quick fixes! I mean, I am a millennial J That being said, I love trying to think of new recipes that can be made in the….MICROWAVE! Yup, you can have dessert ready and on the table in under 2 minutes – let me repeat: UNDER 2 MINUTES!
As if that isn’t good enough, this recipe requires ONLY 6 ingredients – that means no last minute trips to the grocery store to buy some random food item you’ll only use once. These ingredients you will already have on hand – I PROMISE!

And as if ALLL of that isn’t convincing enough to go make this brownie right now, ive got one more reason for you to head straight to your kitchen after reading this – THE BROWNIE IS EGG AND NUT FREE! That’s right, no eggs, so you could even just eat the batter straight from the bowl if you wanted. And no nuts, so even those with an allergy or sensitivity to nuts can devour this dessert!
Okay, I think I have convinced you by now – you need this single serve, ready in 2 minutes, allergy friendly dessert in your life ASAP! And if I haven’t, well, I’m not sure we can be friends (JK) 🙂
Microwave Single Serve Brownie
Ingredients
- ½ banana mashed
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp melted chocolate
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tbsp monkfruit sweetener
- ½ tsp. baking powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into an oiled mug or ramekin.
- Once fully combined place in microwave and cook for one or 1.5 minutes.
- Pull out of microwave and let cool slightly (be careful, the dish will be hot).
