Salted Caramel Pumpkin Oat Bars

October 9, 2020

All Recipes, Fall Recipes, Sweet

I’ve been LOVING these easy and simple ingredient oatmeal bars lately. They are just so simple to whip up, can be made in a variety of flavors and consist of ingredients I always have on hand. Not to mention, they are gluten and dairy free, can easily be made vegan and will please everyone!

My latest version of these oat bars are SALTED CARAMEL PUMPKIN OAT BARS! This is a flavor combo I had never made before, but definitely did NOT disappoint! Usually caramel is a flavor I don’t use often because I can’t be bothered to make my own, but Ancient nutrition made it so simple for me with their Salted Caramel Bone Broth Protein. Delicious and flavorful, but also packed with great ingredients and 20g protein per serving!

You can shop all Ancient Nutrition products (including their bone broth protein) at THIS link and don’t forget to use my discount code “starvingtostrong” at checkout for a 20% discount!

To help you out with the other ingredients in this recipe, I’ve linked all of my go to gluten and dairy free baking ingredients at my Amazon Shop Page. They are also linked below in the recipe card!
