
Pecans + Chocolate + No Bake – OH MY! Quick and easy truffles that come together in no time – not to mention are gluten free, dairy free, and VEGAN!

Pecan Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chocolate peanut butter (Nutella would work too)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- Pecan halves (12-15)
- 1/2 – 1 cup chocolate melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine nut butter, maple syrup and flour.
- Set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove, cover each pecan half with some fo the batter and roll into a circle.
- Set the truffles in the fridge for another 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Coat each truffle in melted chocolate, and chill again for 20-30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
