I always complete a 5-10 minute cardio warm up before completing each of my workouts. This workout can be done at home or at the gym because no equipment is required! YAY!

heel elevated squats x25
stationary lunges x20 EL
squat + SL deadlifts x15 EL
side lunge + deadlift x15 EL
bear crawls x30 secs
glute bridges x25
