EQUIPMENT NEEDED: none (dumbbells optional)

I always complete a 5-10 minute cardio warm up before completing each of my workouts. This workout can be done at home or at the gym because no equipment is required! YAY!

(complete 4-5 rounds of the following – add weights if desired)

heel elevated squats x25

stationary lunges x20 EL

squat + SL deadlifts x15 EL

side lunge + deadlift x15 EL

bear crawls x30 secs

glute bridges x25

workout complete!
