
In the summer months, I’m all about the no bake treats! Who’s with me?? So when you’re craving that chocolate chip cookie, but don’t want to turn on the oven – look no further! Just whip up these 6 ingredient NO BAKE Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bars and you’ll be set!

I love adding a hint of peanut butter flavor to my chocolate chip cookies, so naturally, I used powdered peanuts in this recipe. BUT, if this isn’t your jam (or if you’re allergic to nuts), no worries, just substitute the powdered peanuts for ½ cup coconut flour ☺
I can pretty much guarantee these bars will be gone within just a few days after making them – it actually may be better to just make a double batch from the start! Just a helpful hint ☺

Prep Time: 5 minuts
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup powdered peanuts
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Once incorporated, place batter into a baking pan (your choice of size, the samller the pan, the thicker the bars) and push down until an even layer is formed.
- Press additional chocolate chips on top before freezing (optional).
- Place in freezer for at least thirty minutes.
- Remove and enjoy!
