Maple Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Muffins

5 ingredient dairy and sugar free muffins packed with yummy sweet potato and maple flavor!
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 20 MinTotal time: 25 Min

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a bowl. 
  3. Add in dry ingredients and mix to combine. 
  4. Fold in chocolate chunks. 
  5. Scoop batter into a lined muffin pan. 
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes (until cooked through). 

Notes:

*oat flour + 1 tsp baking powder should work, but I have not tested it yet.
