If you told me I could have maple and brown sugar muffins for breakfast that were also packed with protein, I wouldn’t believe you. But that’s what I’m telling you – and you NEED to believe me! These MAPLE BROWN SUGAR PROTEIN OATMEAL MUFFINS are the perfect start to any day.
Thanks to Kodiak Cakes Protein Oatmeal Packets in Maple Brown Sugar Flavor, these muffins are so easy to make and you know they will be packed with protein! Each packet of oatmeal contains 12g protein – and there are two packets in these muffins. That means there’s tons of protein to go around 🙂

Along with their protein oatmeal packets that are easy to make for a quick breakfast, Kodiak Cakes also has Protein Oatmeal in a canister. Just like your standard old fashioned oats, but packed with protein. I love starting my day with extra protein because it keeps me fueled and full until I can break from work for lunch! No crashing over here 🙂
Both the Oatmeal Packets and the Protein Oatmeal Canister can be shopped using THIS link. I’ve also got a discount code for the month of October – or Oatober as Kodiak Cakes likes to call it! I highly recommend adding these oats to your morning line up – and not just the oats, but these maple brown sugar muffins as well!
PS – I have included all of my go to Gluten Free and Dairy Free baking ingredients on my Amazon Shop Page to make it easier to make my recipes just like I do! You can use this link to shop 🙂
