

Maple Brown Sugar Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Birch Benders Protien Pancake Mix
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp brown “sugar”
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup powdered “sugar”
- 1/2 tbsp brown “sugar”
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- almond milk to consistency
Instructions
- Combine batter ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once combined, cook on a medium heated stove top (should make about 4-5 cakes).
- Plate, then drizzle with maple brown sugar glaze.
- Enjoy!
Notes:
All sugars are in quotations because I use Whole Earth Sweetener sugar alternatives.
