Maple Brown Sugar Pancakes

The most indulgent but good for you breakfast you can make any day of the week! Sugar Free and high in protein!
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 15 MinTotal time: 20 Min

Ingredients

For the Cakes
  • 1/2 cup Birch Benders Protien Pancake Mix 
  • 1/3 cup egg whites 
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp water 
  • 1 tbsp brown “sugar” 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
For the Drizzle
  • 1/4 cup powdered “sugar”
  • 1/2 tbsp brown “sugar”
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • almond milk to consistency

Instructions

  1. Combine batter ingredients in a small bowl. 
  2. Once combined, cook on a medium heated stove top (should make about 4-5 cakes). 
  3. Plate, then drizzle with maple brown sugar glaze. 
  4. Enjoy!

Notes:

All sugars are in quotations because I use Whole Earth Sweetener sugar alternatives.
