You know me, I absolutely LOVE making my own recipes – BUT, when it comes to pancakes and waffles, I usually leave it to the experts! Honestly, you just can’t beat a premed box mix pancake/waffle.
But what if you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to whip up the batter and cook the waffles yourself?! I’ve been there too, and I knew just what to do! I headed straight for my freezer to grab my Kodiak Cakes toaster waffles! Popped them in the toaster oven for just a few minutes and voila – waffles in under 5 minutes!

These toaster waffles are great on their own, but I couldn’t resist adding them to a breakfast bowl for the most filling and satisfying breakfast! All I had to do was pop one of Kodiak Cakes Toaster Waffles into the toaster, cut it into quarters, then add it to a yogurt bowl filled with high protein yogurt, fresh peaches and a spoonful of my favorite nut butter!
