My focus for personal training Is around body respect.

I want to encourage you to love your body for what it is capable of, and appreciate it for all that it does for you.

Our bodies are the vehicles that carry us through life and provide us a way to experience and enjoy the world we live in. I want to show you that your body is worth appreciating at every shape and size.

I will train with a body neutral mindset and hope to take the focus away from the appearance of the body and instead put more focus on how we feel when moving. I hope to help you understand that health is possible and that movement is one way to improve your well-being.

I will work with you on building strength, comfort and confidence in the body you're in. In working with me, we will collaborate to create a movement program that works with and FOR you. By incorporating exercises you enjoy most, while also focusing on progression over time, you will begin to gain strength and confidence while also learning how to move your body intuitively.

4, 8, or 12 sessions (packages)

The sessions can be 1 hour or 30 mins long. Individualized and specific workouts will be created for the client, and 1:1 in person or virtual guidance is given during the workout.
