Honey Almond Muesli Bites

Little bites of energy that are easy to take on the go or pop in the mouth for a quick snack!
Prep time: 5 Mininactive time: 2 HourTotal time: 2 H & 5 M

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter 
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/2-3/4 cup muesli 

Instructions

  1. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. Mix in store bought muesli until it all comes together. 
  3. Press mixture into a small pan or loaf pan. 
  4. Set in the fridge for about 1-2 hours. 
  5. Remove and cut into whatever shape you like.
