Golden Milk – often found in latte form, but heck, why not make muffins with that flavor as well?!
I’m a huge fan of almost any baked good, but there’s something about a fluffy light muffin that satisfies on a different level. And these muffins do just that. They are light and fluffy but pack a punch of flavor thanks to the turmeric and warm spices that accompany it.

And if I’m being honest, I always questioned turmeric in baked goods, or in a latte to be honest. BUT when you combine it with nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon it just makes the perfect fall blend that is warming and comforting – the epitome of Golden Milk!
Now, I could go one and on about the flavor of these muffins and just how delicious it is, but let’s talk about some of the other benefits. First off, they can be made in one bowl. If you’re anything like me, this is a huge plus – less dishes, less clean up time, more time to relax and enjoy the muffin!
Another plus is that they are gluten free – so if you have any friends or family members that may have a gluten intolerance, then they can still enjoy these muffins along with you! I made them using almond flour, but I believe oat flour, or gluten free 1:1 would also work (I haven’t tested these, so if you do, please let me know)!

Lastly, these muffins can work so well as a fall party treat or a brunch favorite. They come together in just 25 minutes, and will seriously please any and all who love warm fall flavors.
I highly recommend trying these out next time you’re in the mood to do some fall baking. Put down the pumpkin and apple for a hot second, and try some golden milk!
