Chocolate Peanut Butter Edible Cookie Dough

October 22, 2019

All Recipes, Cookies, Sweet

This is basically your favorite chocolate peanut butter candy in cookie dough form! The dough is filled with both peanutty and chocolatey flavor, and the additional chocolate chips and peanuts just send it into over drive.

All you need is 6 simple ingredients to make this lovely single serve batch of cookie dough! No eggs or baking powder required because we aren’t baking!

I truly don’t think I could ever get tired of the chocolate peanut butter combo. I think I’ve tried to make it in all different forms – cookies, breads, waffles, muffins – and now…COOKIE DOUGH! It really is an unbeatable flavor profile that NEVER gets old. It satisfies the sweet and the savory, which is probably why I enjoy it so much, as I’m always craving both!

You could always reach for a store bought peanut butter cup, but next time you have a craving for this flavor, I urge you to make this simple, gluten free, dairy free cookie dough! And if you don’t finish it, no worries, it will store in the fridge for up to 5 days!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 3 tbsp. powdered peanuts mixed with water

  2. 1 tbsp. coconut oil

  3. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  4. 1 additional tbsp. powdered peanuts

  5. 1 ½ tbsp. cocoa powder

  6. 1 tbsp. coconut flour

  7. 1 tbsp. coconut sugar

  8. Additional water if necessary

  9. Peanuts/chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 3 tbsp peanut powder with 3-4 tbsp water (you want it to be pretty liquidy)

  2. Add in the coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix to combine.

  3. Then add in all dry ingredients until fully incorporated.

  4. Last, ad in the additional chocolate chips and peanuts

  5. Eat it right out of the bowl, or store in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days!

    enjoy!
