The oatmeal bowl that will be on REPEAT all holiday season are these gluten, dairy and refined sugar free GINGERBREAD OVERNIGHT OATs! Did I mention they’re vegan too! The perfect start to any holiday morning, to keep you fueled and make your soul happy with all the Christmas vibes! To top it off, add some of your favorite yogurt, pecans and a drizzle of nut butter of course! Happy Holidays!

Gingerbread Baked Oats (Single Serve)

The easiest and tastiest gluten free holiday breakfast!
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 15 MinTotal time: 20 Min

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (can be dairy free)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl. 
  2. Pour mixture into a ramekin or small bowl. 
  3. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. 
  4. Remove, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
