Holiday Gift Guides – For the Mover

Here are a few products that I’ve used or are on my wishlist that would make the perfect gift for the person who loves moving their body to make themselves feel their best!

  1. Leggings – These are just a few of the pairs of leggings that I absolutely LOVE to move in!

  2. Bras/Crops – I get so many questions about the crops I wear, and i’ve linked a few of my favorites below!

  3. Exercise Shorts – I am pretty particular about my shorts when I work out, and below are my two favorites right now!

  4. Hair ties/headbands – use these to keep the hair out of your face!

  5. Booty bands – such a great way to add a little extra to any lower body workout!

  6. Yoga Mat – everyone needs one whether you do yoga or not! These make home workouts so much more enjoyable!

  7. Kettle Bell – kettle bells can be so useful if you can’t find a set of dumbbells!

  8. Dumbbells – I think we all know why this would be helpful for someone who enjoys movement! They have been hard to find, but finally Amazon has some in stock and so does Academy!

  9. Air pods/ headphones – I personally use Air Pods and LOVE them, but if you don’t have an iPhone, i’ve heard that the Beats are a great option!

  10. Brooks Running Shoes – if you are a runner and don’t have running shoes, they are a MUST! Brooks has quickly become my favorite brand, its like running on clouds!
