EQUIPMENT NEEDED: dumbbells, yoga mat

(complete each circuit 2-3 times)

Circuit A:

reverse lunge + lateral leg raises x15 EL

Curl + press x15 each arm

Ab bikes x40

Skaters x30

Circuit B:

heel elevated narrow squats x20

Tricep extensions x15 each arm

Burpees x10

Ab bikes x40

Circuit C:

side lunge + deadlift x15 each way

Kneel thrust + hammer curl x20

Star jumps x20

Ab bikes x40
