EQUIPMENT NEEDED: dumbbells, barbell , elevated surface

I always complete a 5-10 minute cardio warm up before completing each of my workouts. This workout is can easily be done at home if you have a pair of dumbbells, but can also be completed at the gym!
Circuit A x4 (Lower Body)
Narrow Heel Elevated Squats x15
Jump Squats x20
Deadlift to Squat x15
Step Ups x12 Each Leg
Circuit B x4:
Curl to Press x15
Bent Over Rows x20
Alternating Neutral Grip Press x24 (12 Each Arm)
Tricep Focused Elevated Push Ups x15
