I always complete a 5-10 minute cardio warm up before completing each of my workouts. This workout can be done at home or at the gym and all you will need is a pair of dumbbells!

Tricep Extensions x15 each arm
50 jumping jacks
Bent over flys x15
50 jumping jacks
Lateral raises x15
50 jumping jacks
Standing rows x15
50 jumping jacks
Single arm push press x15 each arm
50 jumping jacks
