Flour Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins

These gluten and dairy free muffins basically taste just like a peanut butter cup in muffin form!
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 25 MinTotal time: 30 Min

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed banana, egg, peanut butter and milk.
  3. Once combined, add in the powdered peanuts and baking powder. 
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. 
  5. Scoop batter into a lined muffin tin. 
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. 
  7. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
