Egg Nog – but make it edible. It’s that time of year – the Southern Comfort EggNog is out to play, and I am SO happy about it. These days there are all kinds of eggnog variations, but to me, you have to have the real stuff. EggNog is supposed to be a treat, something special for this time of year, so I can’t pass up the creamy, milky, decadent Southern Comfort classic EggNog.
I did, however, want to incorporate into some kind of treat this year. I was having trouble thinking of what kind of baked good I could add it to, and then it hit me, it doesn’t have to be baked! And these NO BAKE EGGNOG BLISS BALLS were born!
I believe this is the easiest recipe I have ever created, but also one of the tastiest (if you like eggnog)! Three ingredients is all you need! These are also gluten free, in case anyone in your family or friends group is allergic!
Next holiday party, Christmas Eve, heck, even Christmas dinner – make these treats for everyone to share and enjoy!
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 7 minutes
1/2 cup EggNog
1/3 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Stir until fully combined
Roll out 1/2 inch balls and place on a piece of parchment paper.
Eat and enjoy, or place in the fridge to store for up to 2 weeks.
