Single Serve Chocolate Peppermint Soufflé

February 24, 2020

All Recipes, Single Serve, Sweet

SINGLE SERVE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT SOUFFLE – only 3 ingredients, gluten free, dairy free, flour free and sugar free. This dessert really helps me relax at the end of the day, and it can help you too!

As you all may know, I’ve been using wingedCBD for about 4 months now. CBD helps to ease my anxiety as well as quiet my mind at mind, which has ultimately led to better and deeper sleep. I used to be someone who only got about 5-6 hours of sleep a night, and thought that was enough. I honestly just couldn’t fall asleep, usually taking me 2-3 hours to finally get some shut eye.

I have tried melatonin, I have tried lavender (which worked a little but not much), but nothing seemed to really ease my mind and let me fall asleep. UNTIL I tried Winged CBD. This product has truly changed my sleep schedule, and therefore my life! It helps me get to sleep in 30 minutes or less. On days where I feel little more stressed or anxious, I also feel completely comfortable using WINGED during the day to calm me down.

I truly adore Winged products, as well as the women behind the brand and their mission with their product line. Geared towards women and supporting our health – what is better than that?

I decided to incorporate this peppermint CBD oil into a chocolate souffle to make the perfect calming dessert to end a long day. The souffle only takes 3 ingredients – chocolate, egg whites and the CBD oil. So easy, literally anyone can make it.

Chocolate Peppermint Soufflé

Single Serve fluffy chocolate peppermint heaven!
Prep time: 5 MCook time: 25 MTotal time: 30 M

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate (I used Lily’s Dark Chocolate to keep it sugar free)
  • 6 eggs whites
  • 2 droppers of Winged CBD peppermint oil

Instructions:

How to cook Chocolate Peppermint Soufflé

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, whip egg whites into stiff peaks.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate completely.
  4. Once peaks form, fold egg whites into melted chocolate, being careful not to deflate.
  5. Add in Winged CBD peppermint oil.
  6. Pour batter into an oiled ramekin (add chocolate pieces to center of batter if melty center is desired).
  7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.

Notes:

This recipe makes 2 single serve soufflé’s. Also, it contains CBD, but if you don’t have the peppermint CBD oil, you could use normal peppermint oil as well!
