Chocolate Almond Crunch Bars

All you need is 5 pantry ingredients to make these bars!

How to cook Chocolate Almond Crunch Bars

  1. In a food processor, grind up almonds into small pieces
  2. Add almond butter and coconut oil into a bowl.
  3. Once combined, fold in keto cocoa powder.
  4. Add almonds and shredded coconut and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour batter into a baking dish and place in fridge to set (at least 30 minutes).
  6. After at least 30 minutes, remove from fridge and slice.

Notes:

These bars require no bake time, but will need to set up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
