Confession time – I never really liked cookies as a kid. I was always more of a cake person. BUT, I will admit I was definitely a cookie DOUGH person. Always made sure to snag a spoonful before my mom placed the cookies in the oven ☺
I think it’s finally time to admit it – COOKIE DOUGH is better than the baked cookie! C’mon, I know I’m not the only one to believe that! Of course, eating cookie dough can be risky – you know, salmonella and all.
WELL, not anymore! This gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, but MOST IMPORTATLY EGG FREE cookie dough will satisfy all your cravings without any of the risk!!
This recipe only requires 6 simple ingredients – most of which you probably already have in your pantry! The texture comes out just like normal cookie dough and is the perfect sweet treat – especially when you don’t have the time or the desire to turn on the oven and bake ☺
