EQUIPMENT NEEDED: mini band

I always complete a 5-10 minute cardio warm up before completing each of my workouts.
This workout can easily be done at home with a mini band, but can also be completed at the gym!
(complete 4-5 rounds of the following)
Sumo squat pulses x25
Standing leg lifts x20 EL
Glute kick backs x20 EL
Crab walks x50
Hip bridge + pulse x25
Squat + step outs x20 each side
SL deadlifts x 15 each side
Plank in + outs x20
workout complete!
