Blueberry Brown Sugar Blondies

The perfect summer baked treat for any gathering – gluten and dairy free!
Prep time: 5 MinCook time: 20 MinTotal time: 25 Min

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 
  • 1/2 cup nut milk 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free AP flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (coated in flour) 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  2. Combine wet ingredients in large bowl. 
  3. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. 
  4. Mix dry into wet until fully incorporated. 
  5. Fold blueberries (coated in flour) into batter. 
  6. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
