BANANA OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP MUG CAKE is here and we love her. 8 ingredients that I can almost ensure you already have on hand, so when you’re in a pinch for dessert, you can easily whip this up and be satisfied!

Dairy free, gluten free and nut free – perfect for literally anyone! And don’t worry, you don’t have to share…but you can always make a second because this cake comes together in just about 3 minutes. Doesn’t get any easier than that!

Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1 tbsp egg whites
- 1 tbsp plant based creamer
- 1 tbsp granulated sweetener (I used monk fruit)
- 5 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp chocolate gems
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- Once combined, fold in flour and baking powder.
- Add extra oats and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into an oiled mug or bowl.
- Place mug in oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove, let cool slightly, and enjoy!
