
In a pinch for what to have for dinner? Got Pasta? Got Hummus? Then I’ve got you! This 3 Pepper Pasta sauce is made with only 3 ingredients, is dairy and gluten free and will set your taste buds on fire!
Most of my creativity in the kitchen goes to my baking, so when it comes to savory meals and dinners in particular, I’m usually at a loss. I rummage through my pantry or fridge just looking for things to throw together that will hopefully work and actually taste decent.

One night I wanted a meal that seemed fancy, but also required minimal effort (sometimes I’m just lazy, okay?) Enter this 3 PEPPER PASTA SAUCE. Reached for one of my favorite dips, my 3 pepper hummus (could use any hummus flavor you have on hand) and decided to enhance it just a bit by turning it into a pasta sauce.
And that was so easy to do! All I did was take about 1/2 cup of the hummus, placed it in a blender with some nut milk and tahini, and blended until smooth. Instant and effortless pasta sauce that will definitely please your friends and family! Just tell them you made it from scratch, they will never be the wiser 🙂

3 Pepper Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup 3 pepper Lantana Foods hummus (any roasted red pepper hummus will work)
- 1/3 cup nut milk (I used cashew)
- 3 tbsp tahini
Instructions:
How to cook 3 Pepper Pasta
- 1. In a blender, combine all sauce ingredients.
- 2. Cook pasta according to instructions – I used Banza chickpea pasta for this recipe!
- 3. Drain pasta, and toss in 3 Pepper sauce on stove top.
- 4. Serve!
