3 Ingredient Almond Cookies

The EASIEST cookies you will EVER make! No exaggeration here – all you need is 3 ingredients and 12 minutes to make these ALMOND COOKIES. I guarantee the three ingredients are things you have in your pantry already, which means no trip to the grocery is needed! 

All you need is some almond butter, maple syrup and almond flour. And if you like to add chocolate to everything, like me, then a bar of your favorite chocolate. These cookies may sound boring, but I promise they will satisfy your sweet tooth in a pinch. 

Some of my favorite recipes are the shortest and most convenient make. Some say that the longer the list of ingredients, the more flavor. But in my opinion, delicious and fast is just as good. They are packed with sweet nutty flavor from the almond butter and flour, but also have just he right amount of sweet from maple syrup. 

To change it up, you could probably use honey as your sweetener of choice to make HONEY ALMOND COOKIES – but I haven’t tried this! If you do, let me know how it goes 🙂 

These cookies are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free. The dark chocolate that I added on top adds another layer of flavor, but also of healthy ingredients which these cookies are FULL of!

3 Ingredient Almond Butter Cookies

The EASIEST cookies you’ll ever make!
Prep time: 5 MCook time: 10 MTotal time: 15 M

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • Chocolate chunk for filling

Instructions:

How to cook 3 Ingredient Almond Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all three cookie ingredients.
  3. Once combined, roll batter into small balls and place on lined cookie sheet.
  4. Press a piece of chocolate onto the top of each ball and press down, flattening the cookie.
  5. Place cookies in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes
  6. Remove and let cool.

Notes:

Cooking could take 10-12 minutes, so keep a close eye on the cookies!
