As women, we feel compelled to "fix" and "mold" our bodies to fit somebody else's ideal body. So often we deprive ourselves, overwork our bodies, and decrease our happiness in the hopes that we will be accepted based on how we look - sound familiar? My goal is to show women that through building a better relationship with their body from the inside out, they can achieve true happiness. That constant dieting and over exercising isn't the answer they need. My framework is based on removing the focus from aesthetics and outward appearance, understanding our true value as humans, and finding confidence in what we have to offer outside of our body shape and size!
